Microgaming brings a whole new definition to the phrase “teaser video” for their latest video slot game project, Karaoke Party. We were right to get the facts clear before we started writing from our imagination, as Karaoke Party is not what we expected it to be. We definitely guessed the game theme but can’t take any credits for that as the slot name says pretty much everything.
Our biggest surprise was when we saw that Karaoke Party has only 9 active pay lines that go over the standard 5 reels and 3 rows. The bonus round was equally surprising awarding a more or less standard 15 free spins on a x3 multiplier.
Maybe the designers created this slot a long time ago, but just forgot about it until now? We don’t really know but Karaoke Party follows the traditional Microgaming 9 pay line slot games, which were very popular a few years ago.

What We love
The 9 pay line slot games that Microgaming has in their offer are one of the best slots in the industry with that design. We were surprised to see it on the reels of Karaoke Party but we like the fact that Microgaming stays loyal to their tradition.
The free spins bonus doesn’t look like anything special at first sight, but we later learned that the wild symbol doubles a win. So basically each win with a wild symbol in the bonus will also be doubled in payout making way for bigger wins in total.
What we Do not Like
Not big fans of the whole karaoke theme, but other than that no other details caught our attention in a negative way.
