How to bet?
Firstly, players need to make a bet. They can do this by clicking on arrow buttons to increase their coin values to anything from 0.25 up to 10.00 per hand. Players can wager up to five coins per hand. The minimum stake is 0.25 per game, whilst the maximum wager is fixed at 50.00 per hand.
How to play?
When you click the deal button, the first hand of cards is displayed. Players can then decide which cards they wish to hold and which ones are not wanted. Simply click on a card to hold it. Once a player clicks on the draw button, the cards you did not want are discarded and replaced with new ones. This will now form your second poker hand.
From that, the player will have a video poker hand which can be measured against the pay-table. Any hands that match ranking hands from the pay-table will pick up pay-outs. You are not playing against the dealer in this video poker game, so don’t fret about having to beat anybody.

Hands are paid out in Aces and Faces depending on how many coins you have wagered. Every coin you wager multiplies your winnings by a further 1x. Payable hands include Jacks or Better, Two Pairs, Three of a Kind, Straights, Flushes, Full Houses, Four 2s – 10S, Four Jacks, Queens or Kings, Straight Flushes, Four Aces and a Royal Flush. The maximum jackpot is 4,000 for a Royal Flush with 5 coins wagered.
Tips and Tricks
If you are playing the multi-line game, you’ll notice that there are four rows of cards open to you. When you click the deal button, the first row (or line) of cards is displayed. Players can then decide which cards they wish to hold and which ones are not wanted. When you click a card to hold, the card is cloned, with the three cards behind it becoming duplicates. This gives you potentially three completely separate hands (but with all held cards appearing in all lines), to win on. Of course, it will cost you four times the bet!

Aces and Faces is a lot of fun. It is the inclusion of the extra hand pay-outs that make it so. Most video pokers increase the lowest payable hand to a Three of a Kind when they offer these, thankfully this is something which Aces and Faces has not done.
