Crazy prizes are up for grabs in the Manic Millions slot
There are a few clear cut things we could say about this new NextGen Gaming slot from the start. However, let’s jump right over the obvious – the fact that you won’t be winning millions with this slot – and get into the real stuff.
NextGen Gaming have a tendency to get better with each new release, and although this mad scientist themed slot contains the same structure as their many other slots, the developers have tried hard to include randomly triggered features, and 3D animations and graphics.
Manic Millions gets a big thumbs up from us for other reasons, too, though. The slot machine game carries a more than respectable non-progressive jackpot, and actually allows quite a bit of wiggle room when it comes to wagers.
We would wager that most players are going to find its mad scientist and Frankenstein-esque lab fascinating, and they are going to fall head over heels for the Igor bonus. We certainly did.
What we love
NextGen Gaming contains a more than acceptable setup. Players can bag their usual wild and scatter symbols, which can set them up for wins and bonuses, respectively. The slot’s bonus feature includes a free spins bonus round, and players can also benefit from the aforementioned Igor bonus.
This feature will see players able to benefit from extra wilds or scatters added to the reels by Igor, in hope that the extra symbols might just coax a win or a bonus round from the game.
Graphically, we don’t believe that NextGen Gaming has ever developed a slot which looks as good as this one. 3D animations cover both sides of the reels, and the 3D symbols themselves all show that NextGen Gaming has tried hard to make Manic Millions a rather spectacular looking slot.
Throw in the fact that this slot has a jackpot worth over one-thousand coins and everything looks pretty shipshape in this slot.
What we do not like
There isn’t too much to gripe about when it comes to Manic Millions. One could argue that the title of this slot is a little misleading – since you don’t actually get to win millions.
One might also question why NextGen Gaming keeps putting gamble features in their games, even though we’ve rarely met a player who is foolish enough to use them. That’s all, really. There are no deal breakers to be found in this game.
Generally speaking, we found Manic Millions to be a very enjoyable video slot. It contains a more than reasonable selection of features, it contains wonderful imagery, and a top prize which is worth over 1,000 coins. What’s not to like, right?
The only cause for concern could be that the slot is a little too similar to plenty of other NextGen Gaming developed slots. However, if you fancy a taste of the familiar, and regularly play NextGen slots, this shouldn’t be any skin off your nose whatsoever.
